Expanding into the aesthetics industry is an exciting new chapter in her career, allowing her to apply her extensive knowledge of healthcare services in a fresh dynamic way.

With a strong background in working with affinity groups and proven ability to build and nature relationships, Stephanie is dedicated to enhancing the experience for both our customers and our partners,

She understands the evolving landscape of the sector, particularly with upcoming legislative changes, and will be focused on ensuring our team is well equipped to support and guide clients through this significant transition.

Shelly brings over 15 years of insurance industry experience, with a proven track record of driving growth and nurturing client relationships in Aesthetics.

As an Account Manager, Shelly plays a pivotal role in spearheading business development initiatives, spotting opportunities, strategising for success, and turning potential into performance. With a CERT CII qualification, she is known for her precision, professionalism, and personable approach.

She’s the go-to for clients who value a partner who understands their needs and anticipates them.

Outside the office, Shelly is a proud mum of three. When she’s not juggling school runs or whipping up something delicious in the kitchen, you’ll find her unwinding at a spa, gym or entertaining friends with her signature charm and energy.

Henry brings a distinctive blend of empathy, experience, and precision to his role at Enhance Insurance. Henry has trained as a therapist and qualified as a life coach, combining deep interpersonal understanding with a meticulous approach to risk management.

Before joining Enhance, Henry founded and ran his own workplace wellbeing consultancy, advising leading organisations such as Deloitte and Hiscox on mental health strategy and employee support. He has also worked as an ambassador for Mind, the leading mental health charity – reflecting his enduring commitment to improving wellbeing both inside and outside the workplace.

Henry has carried these aptitudes forward into Medical Malpractice Insurance, where he has years of experience in arranging and placing insurance for a broad range of clients – from individuals to enterprise-level healthcare organisations.

With nearly six years in the insurance industry, Nellie has found her niche in the fascinating world of Medical Malpractice. Nellie thrives on building strong client relationships, solving problems, and making insurance feel a little less… well, “insurance-y”.

When she’s not helping clients navigate policies, you’ll find her lost in a good book, binge-watching TV shows, or hiking.

Lucy is an insurance professional with over a decade of experience and Cert CII qualified. She began her career in Aviation and Pleasure Craft Insurance, gaining expertise in handling specialised coverage needs and high-value assets.

In 2018, Lucy transitioned to the exciting world of Aesthetics and Medical Malpractice insurance, where she developed strong knowledge in Med Mal, Clinic Combined, Professional Indemnity, and D&O insurances.

With a commitment to client satisfaction and staying informed on industry developments, Lucy is a trusted advisor and a valuable asset to her clients.

Finlay Swann

Trainee Account Handler – Enhance Insurance Services

Finlay is new to the insurance world starting joining Enhance in late February to train as an account handler. He continues to learn the ins-and-outs of our services and is hoping to complete his Cert CII in the not-so-far future.

Coming from a hospitality background, Finlay always strives to deliver the best customer service, aiming to help customers in every way he can while remaining professional.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing video games, watching formula one, rugby, and he harbours a love for aviation. An interest which he is pursuing by slowly completing his Private Pilot’s License.
