Martin has been insuring Medical & Healthcare businesses for over 15 years. During this time he has provided insurance products for a wide range of Medical Professionals & Clinics, including Cosmetic, Trauma/Reconstruction and Fertility among many others.
Although he specialises in Medical Malpractice and Risks, Martin is able to advise a wide variety of insurances to ensure that all covers purchased work together to give the best possible protection.
Having spent the majority of his career in the London insurance market, Martin has developed sound working relationships with the majority of the specialist London insurance companies.
Martin’s main focus throughout his career has always been ‘The Client’ and he aims to provide all the businesses he works with high quality advice and a service that is fully focused on their needs.
In his spare time Martin enjoys coaching mini rugby, watching rugby, Formula 1, cycling and golf and spending time with his family.
Sharon Allen Cert CII
Sharon has been working in the insurance sector for over 30 years, with varying roles, as an Underwriter, Insurance Broker and Broker Manager, working for both local and nationwide Insurers and brokerages, such as NFU Mutual and Giles Insurance.
She prides herself her professionalism and technical approach to business. Her unique approach ensures loyalty and respect from her clients, who are her first priority.
Sharon always provides the highest quality of service and advice, that is fully focused on their needs. Identifying emerging risks within their organisation and implements practical strategies to mitigate exposure and provide protection.
Medical Malpractice is her passion, she relishes working within the Aesthetic and Surgical industries, continually educating herself and expanding her knowledge on new procedures and devices. Over the years Sharon has built up strong relationships with Clients, Underwriters, Trainers and Manufacturers.
The highlight of her career was in 2015 when she became the President of the Chester and North Wales Chartered Insurance Institute, receiving the recognition and approval from her peers for her professionalism.
In her spare time Sharon, likes spending time with her family and has recently started playing golf.
Sarah has been providing Medical Malpractice Insurance to Medical Professionals for the last 4 years, she creates an inviting friendly environment for all her clients whilst also maintenance a high level of professionalism at all times.
Sarah has built up relationships with clients, product suppliers and training schools within the Aesthetic sector and is very well respected within the Industry. Sarah is currently studying for her Cert CII qualification which she hopes to complete within the next 12 months.
In her spare time Sarah enjoys scenic walks with her dog and country pubs.
With 16 years’ experience managing claims across various insurance classes including liability personal injury and negligence, Jennifer has worked within both insurance companies and insurance brokers/intermediaries.
She works with the Enhance team to support our clients with any claims that may arise. She liaises with insurers on behalf of our clients to ensure that any claims are dealt swiftly and professionally.
